Appreciation

Sunday afternoon..............
I love Sunday's. It is a day of relaxation and taking naps, walking the dog, lots of Chai, just doing exactly what I want to do. Today in Atlanta everyone is still in a panic over the gas situation. I visualized having a full tank and that's exactly what I have! It is still hot down here and I so look forward to the cool evenings and not so hot days.

Sissy and I just got back from Minnesota. It was my niece's wedding, and oh, was she a beautiful bride. The wedding was on the lake surrounded by lots of thick green grass, with a baby bunny making it's entrance after the ceremony. Such a perfect day it was.

It was great to see lots of family and friends that I hadn't seen in many years, I guess I was so surprised at how the past was discussed over and over again, helping me to realized that I truly do live in the present, in the Now. And that is exactly where I choose to live, which gives me great appreciation for my life. Again I am reminded of the joy, happiness, abundance, and the magic that I experience everyday.

New Moon Eclipse today, I was reading Astrology Zone.com how eclipses create a key marker point, a sort of "a rite of passage". Then there is another eclipse, full moon August 16, and another new moon August 30, so this will be an interesting August.

I've been busy working and loving my clay, another new type of head, face box with lettering. Little sayings, like "Thoughts are things" ..................love it! And my large sculpture is now finished, it is beautiful! Only one more clay class left and a long break in between before the next one starts, then the Fall Show. I really am hoping for a great show this year.

I am hoping to post some of my new work on my blog, not sure how to do it...........so we'll see.........................
