My how time flys..............here it is Christmas already! Happy Holidays everyone!! It has been a very busy time for me lately, starting a new part time job, wanting to be busier and wow, here I am, got exactly what I wanted!! What is that saying "be careful what you ask for"!! Love it, getting lots of things done, Christmas cards almost ready, yes, I love to send cards and handwritten ones, guess I'm just that old fashion girl................have a little shopping to do and I want to do a little baking, get into the spirit of it all.

So appreciative of my life, my children, grandbabies, all these fabulous people in my life, it just gets better and better.

It is way too hot for me today........I need to walk Affie, but I don't want to melt either!

Clay work is coming along nicely, angels are fabulous, improving all the time on a rapid pace.

I'm ready to move, ready to create an amazing, creative, huge, huge, huge space!! An Art Gallery celebrating local artists, my own big, big, big studio, classes in healing with clay, children's classes, a lovely living space all rolled into the same space, including the massage studio, the library, meditation room, guest rooms,.......... so perfect. I can see it all in my head, now for the manifesting of it all.............

I continue to be amazed at how fast my days fly by. Summer is now here, all the kids are out of school, ready for the pools to be ready and the fun to begin. I seem to be focused on organizing my small space, I love how things are progressing along, thank goodness for IKEA!! I think this is the first time in my life that I really feel like I have it all together..........Holy cow, did I really say that??!!! I love how I've been able to make my space work for me, but now I am really ready to move, move to a new, bigger home. I want that big, beautiful art studio, to spread out when I do my clay, lots of space for drying my pieces, lots of bags of clay all around. A big backyard for Affie to run in, a garden, fresh veggies right out my back door. Lots of space for family and friends to spend the night, and a huge kitchen, for great meals to be served and midnight snacks to be enjoyed. Heaven...........

I can't believe that it is the end of March "09 already, my days are just flying by. I am thrilled to have my taxes done and behind me, now I feel that I can focus on other fun things to do. Still trying to get the projects done around home, slowly they are coming together. I just need to focus on how I will feel when they are done..........Free! Free to do exactly what I want and that is clay, I want to play in the clay more. I love, love, love the Tree Spirits that I'm making, anxious to see how the Black Mountain Clay ones will fire. Yummy..............

All the kids are good, everyone is so busy running here and there living their lives. I am excited about Spring Break next week, time to spend with my kids. Hope to go up to the mountains and explore a bit. Look for a farm, the perfect place to live, with everything that I need being there and all the help that I need to create this wonderful, magical place. The "Creative Wellness Retreat Center".............has a great ring to it.

Chinese New Year, the year of the Ox

The Ox is the sign of Industry. trustworthy, reliable, strongwilled, orderly and organized.

I had a wonderful January, going out to Arizona and spending time with my kids. I truly love that state, it is so special, the desert and the mountains, the snow in the northern part of the state and most of all Sedona. Whitney and I had a great time, she is growing up so very fast. And so are Ashdyn and Blake, I certainly enjoy being their Grammie! I would so love to have all of the kids in one place at the same time, that would be amazing!

I sold one of my larger sculpture pieces last week! Wow, that was very sweet! So I am now so inspired to do more and create, so much so I'm running out of space. My Tree Spirits are coming along nicely too. Ready to have those fired soon. All is well................
